Hi, I'm Tova Kramer!
Hey! I’m a clinical dietician working in the Jerusalem area. My focus is on healthy eating, understanding our bodies and what they need, how to nourish ourselves and our families and how to feel good about what we are doing as far as food, weight and body image is concerned.
My philosophy is - moderation moderation moderation in a healthy way of course! NOTHING is BAD and there is so much of the GOOD out there- so lets learn to enjoy it in a healthful way.

Moderation
While it is important to eat healthily - a little bit of everything (or the things you like or want) is ok in moderation.

Lifestyle
I'm not into fad diets or quick weight loss programs. I strongly believe that a healthy lifestyle will maintain a healthy weight and that's something that you will be able to do and maintain for as long as you live!

Respect
If you learn to eat well, nourish your body with what it needs, pay attention to the signs it’s giving you, respect your body - and exercise - you are all set to go on that journey called… a healthy life 🙂

BIT MORE ABOUT MY APPROACH!
S.S.S.S.SIT when you EAT- – how many times do you eat on the go – while cooking, preparing food, in the car, during class, reading a book, watching tv – when we eat – we need to be conscious of what we are putting into our bodies and the only way to do that is to: 1-Stop; 2-Sit; 3-Serve ourselves-plate our food; 4-See-look at it and see what you are about to eat; 5-Savour – enjoy eating- don’t feel bad- if you’ve chosen to eat it- choose to enjoy it! It tastes much better that way and if it’s a decent size portion, chances are that you won’t go back for more and if you do – you will know how much you’ve already had. What often happens is that when we eat on the go – we don’t gauge how much or what it is that we are eating which will result – if not in a phsysiological hunger in a psychological hunger – you don’t know how much you have actually eaten – and you may just be eating again because you feel you have to or feel that you haven’t eaten properly yet.
So sit down, relax, enjoy your food!
